Wei Jiang is the Asa Griggs Candler Professor of Finance at Emory University, USA. His research focuses on areas such as fintech disruption, U.S.–China technology decoupling, and the integration of artificial intelligence in stock analysis. He has contributed to the discourse on shareholder monitoring, corporate disclosure in the age of AI, and the implications of regulatory practices in finance. His recent work also addresses board diversity and the intersection of private equity models with public companies.
