About

Dr. Youngsung Joo is an Assistant Professor at Seoul National University in South Korea. His research focuses on plant responses to herbivory, urbanization impacts on ecosystems, and defense mechanisms in plants, as evidenced by his recent publications. He studies signaling pathways and their roles in plant defense, as well as the ecological implications of urbanization on insect communities.
