Øyvind Glosvik is a Professor at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norway. His research interests focus on leadership and knowledge sharing within vocational education and training, as well as professional development among preschool teachers. Recent publications include studies on systemic leadership in Nordic kindergartens and the role of examination in knowledge development. He is dedicated to advancing pedagogical practices in educational settings.
