Master of Philosophy in Applied Epidemiology Scholarship

Master of Philosophy in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) at the Australian National University (ANU) is a 22-month full-time research degree and Australia’s Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP). The program focuses on applied epidemiology, public health, infectious disease control, outbreak investigation, surveillance, epidemiological study design, and One Health-oriented work in field placements.

The MAE places students in government health departments, public health units, or research institutes, where they work on real-world public health problems under field and academic supervision.
