Scholarship Selection for International Students Admitted in 2027 (Master's Program)

Master of Public Health (MPH) Scholarship opportunity for international students at the Graduate School of Health Innovation, Kanagawa University of Human Services, Japan.

This announcement is for a scholarship-supported Master’s program in public health, with an interdisciplinary and international learning environment focused on public health research, policy, practice, health innovation, healthcare systems, and population health.

Funding includes a monthly stipend and a full tuition waiver. The scholarship also covers the JPY 30,000 entrance examination fee for the Master’s Program for selected applicants. The scholarship selection itself has no examination fee.

Eligibility is for international students with foreign nationality and no permanent resident status in Japan; foreign nationals residing in Japan are also eligible. Applicants must hold, or expect to hold by the end of March 2027, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. There is no minimum English test score requirement for the SHI Master’s course.

Application period: July 21, 2026 to September 3, 2026. Applicants should review the official guidelines and submit the application through the university’s designated webform once available. Selected applicants must separately apply for the Master’s Program entrance examination.
