The SUSTAIN Centre for Doctoral Training is recruiting for a fully funded PhD studentship titled:
Project Q3134: APPETITE – AI-powered Platforms for Predictive Evaluation of dieTary Intake, Trends, and biomarkErs
What’s on offer
All PhD tuition fees paid
A tax-free stipend at UKRI rates to cover living costs
A Research Training Support Grant of £3,000 per year for travel, training, and consumables (up to £12,000 total)
Additional funding for outreach, dissemination, summer schools, research events, and development projects
Entry Requirements
Either: Honours degree (minimum 2:1) in a Computer Sciences subject with expertise in AI / Machine Learning
Or:Honours degree (minimum 2:1) in a Life Sciences subject with expertise in dietary assessment.
