graduates who took the Space for Ethics elective and have an aptitude for critically evaluating geoscience sustainability research and who are looking for a PHD opportunity, the following could be an interesting opportunity:
Leuphana University of Lüneburg is looking for PhD students to join them for funded Phd studies (stipends of €1850 / month for 3+1 years) as part of the research theme Climate Futures in Digital Cultures within the Embracing Transformation research initiative. All further information (on potential thematic areas, potential supervisors, application procedure, context) can be found here:

Some of the thematic areas are also suitable for research topics and areas that speak to border, citizenship and mobility/ migration studies.

Funding details
Full funding including tuition fees and living expenses is available for this position. The scholarship covers all educational costs and provides a monthly stipend.
