About this position
The Polar Remote Sensing Research Group at McGill University is recruiting one fully funded MSc student and one fully funded PhD student to start in September 2027.
The research focus is radar remote sensing of Arctic sea ice, with the PhD project centered on radar analysis using multi-frequency SAR and the MSc project centered on SAR-based characterization of sea ice in the Canadian Arctic.
Relevant study areas include Earth Science, Physics, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, and remote sensing/geophysics-related fields.
