?? PhD Opportunity in Computational Biophysics at Tampere University ????

We're looking for a motivated doctoral researcher (aka PhD student) to join our BioInterfaces team at Tampere University. The project combines high-throughput molecular dynamics simulations and machine learning to study how peptides and proteins interact with lipid membranes. It is enabled by funding from Suomalainen Tiedeakatemia – The Finnish Academy of Science and Letters , and supported by the excellent computational resources provided by CSC - IT Center for Science & LUMI supercomputer as well as experimental work of collaborators at J. Heyrovský Institute of Physical Chemistry CAS .
