The research aims to explore how universities worldwide are responding to global social, technological, and economic changes by developing innovative institutional models, governance structures, and teaching practices.

The project provides a unique platform for comparative research, international collaboration, and contribution to publications and knowledge-exchange projects on institutional innovation and strategic management in higher education. Research topics may include emerging models of innovative universities, governance forms, institutional reform, interdisciplinarity, new models of research collaboration, strategies for university transformation in knowledge-intensive and technology-driven environments, international comparisons of higher education innovations, knowledge management, organizational learning, university-industry collaboration, and digital ecosystems.
