PhD opportunity in structural glycoproteomics, mass spectrometry, informatics, and glycobiology at Radboud University Medical Center. The project is part of BioBeyond_NL, a national infrastructure initiative within the NWO National roadmap for Large Scale Research Infrastructures.

The successful candidate will join a glycoproteomics team working on high-end mass spectrometry hardware and software technologies, with the goal of pushing structural glycoproteomics beyond current limits. The research uses patient samples and models with defined genetic and/or biochemical defects to improve diagnosis, disease monitoring, and understanding of disease-related glycobiology.

You will collaborate with academic and industrial partners and work closely with mass spectrometrists, glycobiologists, and computational experts as part of an established R&D team that will provide training and support.
