We invite applications for up to three fully funded PhD positions in our research group ( https://nodds.khas.edu.tr/ ), to work on multiple project areas supported by TÜBITAK 1001 grants. The successful candidates will join a dynamic and interdisciplinary team focusing at the intersection of dynamical complex systems, machine learning, and computational/mathematical biology.
The positions are fully funded for 36 months through a TÜBITAK 1001 PhD scholarship complemented by Kadir Has University Life Support.
Requirements:
- Strong background in programming and machine learning.
- Demonstrated interest in at least one of the following: systems biology, powergrid dynamics, or learning dynamics from data.
- Experience with graph neural networks, dynamical data analysis, or optimization is a strong plus.
