Arjun Krishnan (Associate Professor and Group Leader) and Sean Davis are hiring a postdoc to work at the intersection of computational biology, biomedical informatics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, and open-source software. The shared vision is to turn large, underused public biological data collections into reusable engines for discovery and to build community infrastructure that amplifies impact across the field.

The role is centered on developing methods and tools across both labs, with an emphasis on scientific software, reusable data resources, and finished outputs such as tools and papers. The post highlights work with public biological data, omics, networks, knowledgebases, unstructured text, and genetic associations, all aimed at improving discovery in health and disease.
