About this position
Postdoctoral position in health sciences with a focus on occupational therapy at Lund University, linked to the research group Sustainable everyday life and health across the life course led by Docent Eva Månsson-Lexell.
The position is embedded in research on interventions for people with mental ill health, with a particular focus on peer support in psychiatric settings. The main project is a national randomized controlled trial with an accompanying process evaluation, and the work also includes evaluating peer support in other contexts, such as schools. The projects are closely connected to the UserInvolve research programme, which brings together researchers from several Swedish universities.
The postdoc will work across the full research process, including coordination of studies, data collection, data management, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and writing scientific manuscripts. The role also involves participation in meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, and popular science communication, as well as contact with multiple study sites. The work is collaborative and interdisciplinary, while also requiring independent research work.
This is a research-oriented role in a university environment with a strong focus on intervention evaluation, mental health, and mixed-methods research within occupational therapy and health sciences.
