About this position
The Wachter Lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow with expertise in protein biochemistry and structural biology.
The lab investigates molecular mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation in cancer, combining structural biology, protein biochemistry, and chemical biology to identify new therapeutic opportunities. Research interests include cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM), protein complex reconstitution, cancer biology, and molecular regulation.
Applicants should have prior experience in structural biology. Expertise in cryo-EM and protein complex reconstitution is particularly desirable. Candidates with relevant cryo-EM postdoctoral experience who are interested in a scientist position are also encouraged to contact the lab.
This is the Wachter Lab's first postdoctoral opening, with additional positions anticipated in the future. Interested candidates should reach out directly to Principal Investigator Franziska Wachter or apply through the Dana-Farber Careers posting.
