About this position

This is an interdisciplinary postdoctoral opportunity open to projects in any discipline within TIAS’s five constituent faculties: Economics, Education, Humanities, Law, and Social Sciences. Eligibility highlights: applicants must have completed a doctoral degree by the end of the application period and be within five years of having passed the PhD. Applicants should demonstrate engagement in international academic networks and the ability to work in a high-standard research environment. They must also identify a host department and explain how the project aligns with that department’s research interests and with the University of Turku’s multidisciplinary strengths.

Funding: the positions are funded for three years. Salary follows the University of Turku salary system for teaching and research personnel; the current gross salary is stated as about €3,938/month.
