Position: Postdoctoral Research Associate
Description:
The Physics Department at Princeton University is seeking applicants for postdoctoral and more senior research positions. Applicants with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply: Experimental condensed matter physics, cosmology and astrophysics, particle astrophysics and dark matter, high energy, atomic, pulsar and biophysics; theoretical cosmology, condensed matter, mathematical, and particle physics. Candidates for the position must have a Doctorate degree in Physics or a related discipline. The work location for this position may be in-person on campus at Princeton University, as well as, off-campus locations which include, but are not limited to, CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, at Fermilab near Chicago, Illinois, at LNGS in L'Aquila, Italy, at CAPACITY in Caserta, Italy, or at Ash River Laboratory near Ash River, Minnesota, subject to discussion with the principal investigator. The Term of appointment is based on rank. Positions at the postdoctoral rank are for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding; those hired at more senior ranks may have multi-year appointments. Expected Salary Range: PDRA: $65,000 - $70,000 ARS: $67,000 - $79,000

The posted salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate for a full-time position; salaries for part-time positions are pro-rated accordingly.
