We have extended the deadline for our PhD-position on Systems Science for Sustainable Safety in Healthcare at the Institute for Health Systems Science at TU Delft | Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology . Do you have a disciplinary background that allows you to look at safety in healthcare from a system’s perspective and do you have the ambition to do a PhD, then this PhD-position may be of interest to you.

The PhD-position will focus on the role of professional and organisational responsibility towards ensuring safe care. It will consider individual professional performance and professional views on safe care as related to the healthcare system design and performance (as a sociotechnical system).
