About

Adriana Dawes is a Professor at Ohio State University in the United States. Her research focuses on the characterization of symmetry transitions in systems with dynamic morphology, the scalable comparison of biological time series using Gromov–Wasserstein methods, and the simulation of actin reorganization mediated by motor proteins. She has also published work on identifying approximate symmetries in biological development and the critical interactions of CDC-42 with Par proteins for proper patterning in polarization.
