One opening focuses on understanding how diet affects the brain and future eating behavior; another is aimed at candidates with a more computational neuroscience background interested in experiments involving patients with implanted electrodes and neural/physiological monitoring. Research in the lab is multidisciplinary and draws on neuroscience, nutrition, metabolism, psychology , and computational approaches. Duties include research conceptualization, assisting with experiment and grant proposal design, preparing publications and conference materials, analyzing data, and training/supervising research personnel.
