Dr. Anthi Karnaouri is an Assistant Professor at the Agricultural University of Athens, Greece. Her research focuses on the valorization of agricultural and forest residues, particularly in the production of fatty acids and high-value-added metabolites using various microalgae and enzymatic processes. She has contributed to the understanding of lignocellulosic biomass transformation and the development of biofuels through innovative approaches in enzyme catalysis and bioreactor design.
