Anu Venesoja is a Principal Lecturer at LAB University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Her research focuses on sustainability in public procurement, patient safety issues in emergency medical services, and the experiences of healthcare workers regarding personal protective equipment. Recent publications include studies on the perceptions of emergency medical service managers, the safety culture in ambulance services, and patients’ views on safety. Through her work, she aims to enhance the quality and safety of healthcare delivery in emergency settings.
