About

Claudia Bagni is the Vice-Dean for Research and Innovation at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Her research focuses on the dysregulation of the mTOR-FMRP pathway and its implications for synaptic plasticity, as well as cancer drug repurposing in autism spectrum disorder. Additionally, she investigates transcriptional diversity in synaptic gene sets and the modulation of the NADP+/NADPH cycle by SREBP in relation to sleep regulation in Drosophila. Her recent work also includes studies on the role of RNA-binding protein FXR2P in seizure dynamics.
