PhD position:
Applicants should have an MSc in Software Engineering with a focus on human factors, a strong empirical research background, experience in human-AI interaction or software teams, excellent English communication skills, and interest in technology in society and community-based research. Desired experience includes collaborative software development, publication in top venues such as ICSE, FSE, TOSEM, EMSE, CHI, or CSCW, familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, and interest in responsible AI, participatory design, and computing education.
Postdoctoral fellowship:
Applicants should have a PhD in Software Engineering with a focus on human factors, a strong empirical research record, and experience in human-AI interaction, socio-technical systems, or software teams. Desired qualifications are similar to the PhD role, with added opportunities to contribute to grant writing, research dissemination, educational materials, and possibly teaching or guest lecturing.
