This role sits within the School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences and supports NRLI’s mission to prepare leaders who use collaborative approaches to bridge differences and sustainably manage Florida’s natural resources. The position is centered on experiential instruction , program development , partnership support , facilitation , and graduate/undergraduate teaching . The successful candidate will help deliver educational modules, develop curricula, support partnerships inside and outside UF, and facilitate meetings, retreats, and multi-stakeholder processes related to decision-making, conflict management, mediation, and dialogue. Research/teaching interests and keywords: natural resources leadership, environmental science, education, management, stakeholder engagement, collaborative decision-making, conflict management, mediation, facilitation, extension education, and partnership development. Eligibility highlights: applicants must hold a Ph.D. or equivalent highest degree and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
