Šehad Draganović is a Senior Lecturer at IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems in Austria. His research focuses on patient safety culture, with recent work addressing evidence-based instruments for improving patient safety in both Austria and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He has contributed significantly to the development and adaptation of patient safety climate inventories to suit various contexts, including the German version for Austria and an adaptation of the AHRQ’s survey for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
