Eligibility highlights:
Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a closely related field by the start date; experience with scientific programming and computational data analysis; demonstrated research productivity. Preferred experience includes machine learning in biology/genomics, population genetics theory and simulation methods, and open-source software development.
Funding:
NSF-funded; funding is currently anticipated for two years and through December 31, 2028. Salary is listed at
$55,000–$60,000 annually
, with benefits eligible.
