Izóra Gál is an assistant professor at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Hungary. Her research encompasses urban farming, food sovereignty, and the sustainability aspects of organic farming and plant factory systems. Recent publications include analyses of plant factories' social and ecological impacts and the integration of women's experiences in the local food movement.
