DTU Management is advertising a 2-year Postdoc in optimization with a strong focus on robustness, uncertainty, stochastic modelling, stochastic programming, mixed-integer programming (MIP), and decomposition methods . The project is part of the TEDDY project , funded by the Hedorfs Foundation , and addresses an important decarbonization challenge: planning the transition from diesel to battery-electric freight transport . The research will contribute to the next generation of fleet-planning models for real-world transport systems where deterministic approaches are no longer sufficient.
