Jos van der Hage

Jos van der Hage is a Professor of Surgery at Leiden University Medical Center in the Netherlands. His research focuses on various aspects of surgical oncology, particularly in breast reconstruction, melanoma, and malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors. Recent publications include studies on risk prediction of implant loss and outcomes in melanoma patients receiving anti-PD-1 treatment. He is also involved in exploring surgical benefits in gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) patients and quality assurance in radiation therapy following breast-conserving surgery.
