Dr. Josiemer Mattei is the Donald and Sue Pritzker Associate Professor of Nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health in the United States. His research focuses on dietary patterns, the impact of food systems on health equity, and the relationship between diet and chronic disease risk, particularly within Hispanic and Latino populations.
