About

Julian Alcazar is an Assistant Professor at Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. His research primarily focuses on the effects of exercise and training interventions on strength gains, neuromuscular adaptations, and age-related health conditions. Recent publications have explored topics such as frailty, cognitive function, and the relationship between body composition and cerebral blood velocity in middle-aged adults.
