Julie J. Desrosiers is an Associate Professor at Haute école de travail social et de la santé — EESP — Lausanne, Switzerland. Her research focuses on the needs of individuals with chronic low back pain, health care professionals’ use of mHealth devices, professional participation of visually impaired individuals, and mental health evaluation. Recent publications include studies on user-centered design for self-managed physical activity, grounded theory analysis of visual deficit participation, and the role of occupational therapy in home support.
