Katina Thelin is a senior lecturer at Uppsala Universitet in Sweden. Her research primarily focuses on professional learning through collegial dialogue, the role of emotions in practice and practice architectures, as well as principal mobility within the Swedish educational context. Recent publications include topics such as creating reflective spaces in higher education and the implications of principal turnover.
