Liisa Järvelä

Liisa Järvelä is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Turku, Finland. Her research focuses on pediatric oncology, particularly on outcomes and interventions related to childhood cancer, including humoral immunity following cancer treatment and the implications of exercise on leukemia survivors. She has also conducted studies on thrombocytopenia in children and the use of electronic patient data for assessing late effects in childhood cancer survivors.
