Fully Funded PhD in Community-Based Exercise Social Prescribing and Health Inequalities

Nottingham Trent University is recruiting for a fully funded PhD studentship titled “Tackling local health inequalities in Clifton and Mansfield through community-based exercise social prescribing interventions.” The project is funded by the Collaboratory Research Hub and runs for three years . The PhD will evaluate the community-based delivery of NTU’s Sport and Wellbeing Academy and investigate whether it can improve access, engagement, and longer-term health and wellbeing outcomes. Funding covers tuition fees and includes an annual tax-free stipend of £21,805 .
