About

Marit Ellen Kragt is an Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia. Her research focuses on sustainable agricultural practices, including the use of black soldier fly frass to improve crop growth and the role of nature-based solutions in climate-resilient food systems. She also explores the economic implications of recreational activities and farmer perceptions related to innovative fertilisation methods. Her extensive work addresses critical issues in greenhouse gas emissions and infectious disease control.
