About
Michael Stear is a Professor at La Trobe University in Australia. His research focuses on the modulation of immune responses by nematode-derived molecules, as well as the associations among IL-6 signaling molecules in regulatory T cell populations in patients with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Additionally, he investigates the impacts of intestinal inflammation on nematode excretory-secretory proteomes and the innovative use of sensor technology to study grazing behavior in relation to parasitic resistance in sheep.
