The project explores how multiple senses—such as touch, sound, light, scent, taste , and beyond—can be combined to design accessible and playful interactive experiences for blind or visually impaired and sighted preschool children. The work sits at the intersection of human-computer interaction , tangible interaction , fabrication , shape-change , cross-sensory cognition , and inclusive design. The successful candidate will help design, fabricate, and evaluate novel cross-sensory interactive systems and prototypes within an interdisciplinary HCI research team.
