The successful candidate will work on integrating dynamic magnetic hysteresis models into frequency- and time-domain control techniques for grid-connected converters with LCL filters. The project is a collaboration among nine universities, research centers, and companies across Europe, aiming to train 15 research fellows in developing energy- and cost-efficient power electronics for sustainable electrification. The position includes international secondments at KU Leuven (Belgium) and Hitachi Energy (Poland), each for three months. Supervision is provided by Associate Professor Petros Karamanakos.
