Applicants should hold a master’s degree in Political Science, IR, or a related field, with strong training in research methods or game theory, excellent English, and strong quantitative or formal analytical skills. Programming skills (R, Python), machine learning/LLM experience, and additional languages are listed as advantages.
The fellowship runs for 3–4 years and offers a salary of NOK 550,800–595,000 per year, annual salary increases, and research funding of about NOK 35,000 per year. The position includes an international research environment, career development, and training in Oslo.
