Postdoc in Advanced Antenna Architectures for Drone Communications at Aalborg University
Postdoc opportunity in advanced antenna architectures for drone communications
at
Aalborg University
, Department of Electronic Systems.
The project focuses on developing
compact, directional, and beam-steerable antenna solutions
for improving the reliability of
UAV/drone communication links
under realistic flight conditions. The work covers the full research chain: antenna concept development, simulation, fabrication, measurement, and field testing on flying platforms.
You will join the
Antennas, Propagation and Millimetre-Wave Systems
section and work closely with the
Antennas group
at Aalborg University. The group is led by
Professor Gert F. Pedersen
and
Professor Shuai Zhang
, together with
Assistant Professor Rocio Rodriguez Cano
. The project is carried out in collaboration with industrial partners
Sky-Watch
and
PRIDANA
.
