Sonia Kang

Dr. Sonia Kang is a Professor of Management and Canada Research Chair in Identity, Diversity, and Inclusion at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on enhancing gender diversity in applicant pools, self-labeling practices within immigrant communities, and the study of leadership during adolescence. She has published numerous articles addressing the nuances of equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and beyond, particularly in relation to gender disparities.
