Soobong SHIN

Soobong SHIN is a Professor at Inha University in South Korea. His research areas focus on structural engineering, particularly in the optimization of bridge models using genetic algorithms, seismic performance management of road facilities, and the evaluation of seismic fragility in bridges affected by rebar corrosion and aging effects. His recent publications include studies on the development of mutation operators in genetic algorithms and the seismic response of composite steel-concrete structures.
