Stella Ordoudi is a member of the Laboratory Teaching Staff at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Her research focuses on food quality and safety, particularly in relation to protected designation of origin products, fermentation processes, and the application of advanced spectroscopy techniques. Recent publications include studies on saffron quality characteristics, olive oil adulteration detection, and the use of natural preservatives in the food industry.
