Stephanie Peterson is the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Western Michigan University. Her research encompasses areas such as professional development for department chairs, behavior analysis, and educational engagement techniques. Her recent publications include studies on the effectiveness of virtual professional development models and risk assessment tools, as well as ethical considerations in behavior analytic research involving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
