Szilárd Berke

Szilárd Berke is an associate professor at Óbuda University in Hungary. His research areas include organizational excellence, employee well-being, and sustainable leadership, as reflected in his recent articles. He has contributed to the understanding of leader subtypes and clusters in Hungary, and the impact of person-organization fit on employee wellness across Central Europe. Professor Berke is also focused on measuring organizational happiness within higher education and promoting sustainable leadership practices.
