Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research (CBMR)
in the
Hansen Group
.
The project is titled
“Deciphering the Oral–Liver Axis: Integrative Cross-Organ Multi-Omics Analysis”
and focuses on translational research linking
oral health
and
liver disease
. The successful candidate will work on
human genetics
,
salivary microbiome
,
metaproteomics
, and
longitudinal clinical data
to identify causal mechanisms and biomarkers along the oral–liver axis.
This is a strongly
computational
postdoc role, with emphasis on
multi-omics integration
, large-scale biological data analysis, and biological interpretation. The role sits within an interdisciplinary environment spanning clinicians, method experts, and researchers in cardiometabolic health.
