Australian Research Council Linkage Project Scholarship

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the University of Wollongong (UOW) are recruiting three fully funded PhD candidates for the ARC Linkage Project “Harnessing Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) for Urban Flood Protection”.

The project sits at the intersection of Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, and Computer Science, with research themes including:

• Flood modelling using emerging techniques
• AI for flood detection and real-time flood modelling
• Water-sensitive urban design and nature-based solutions for flood mitigation
