The research environment includes Greenwich Business School and the Networks and Urban Systems Centre (NUSC), offering an interdisciplinary setting connected to retail operations, supply chain management, business analytics, and AI/data-driven decision making.

The supervisory team is led by James Quang Huy Duong (Senior Lecturer in Business Operations), with Dr. Mao Xu and Professor Li Zhou as co-supervisors.
